Ghost Ops

Just want to make announcement about our website/store, Ghost Ops. As we have been getting so many PMs and emails about the launch... Well our site is now open for Parts and BBs right now. We are slowly launching other products and will be in full operation in a few months. We will be making an announcement soon about the location of our retail store as well. We will have gun sales in the new year but will be restricted to only Ontario and of course to 18+. Sorry to any players outside of Ontario.

thephenom December 3rd, 2006 17:41

Cool, looking forward to it.

I assume the retail store would be located in Toronto?

as_styles December 3rd, 2006 17:49

Yes the retail store will be in Toronto.

Combine December 3rd, 2006 17:57

What about Gatineau? right across from Ottawa?! guess not eh...

as_styles December 3rd, 2006 17:58

If you buy in person.

Greylocks December 3rd, 2006 18:57

Why only Ontario? What is the problem with shipping? You're severely limiting your customer base.

as_styles December 3rd, 2006 19:16

Thanks Greylocks for pointing that out. Its not a problem with shipping. There are a few reasons but the main one is the approval of governmental bodies.

deltaop1 December 3rd, 2006 19:20

Good luck

Hi Ghost-Ops,

Your new website looks real impressive, very good presentation. I am looking forward to seeing the additional contents as you go live and the posting of your brick & mortar store location and shopping hours. Please continue to keep us informed of your progress.

Good luck!

as_styles December 3rd, 2006 19:21

Thanks for the praise. We will be adding more in the near future.

If the guns are already in the country, what's the problem? Not trying to be a jackass about it, I'm just curious what 'government body' would restrict you from shipping inside Canada.

as_styles December 3rd, 2006 19:27

Its a lengthy discussion. The government body I speak of is CBSA and the CFO.

n00b1f13d December 3rd, 2006 19:36

Pip December 3rd, 2006 19:38

Huh? I don't get it. There isn't individual serial number on airsoft guns.

shadow1911 December 3rd, 2006 19:47

sweet sight even it only 1/8th of it works

yanhchan December 3rd, 2006 19:47

Congrats and good vibes to ya man!

as_styles December 3rd, 2006 19:49

Upgrade parts for AEGs and GBBs are only live at the moment. Our BB section will be live at the end of the week.

techobo December 3rd, 2006 20:01

I can only imagine how much money I am going to spend at your store. Yay more stores in Toronto!

Amazing KG3 December 3rd, 2006 20:04

that really sucks how theres no shipping. Good luck, nice to see new retailers!

underground December 3rd, 2006 20:32

I'm looking forward to this launch as I can now compare prices with 3 airsoft distributers (instead of 2 before) :)

Luckily for me, my friend lives in Ontario so he can pick it up for me and ship it over to edmonton :D

What are the names of the "3" Canadian Airsoft distributers? I only know of two:
1. Airsoft Armoury
2. Ghost Ops
3. ???

Thanks

Thank you!

Hi Airsofters ...

Thank you for identifying the three Canadian Airsoft vendors. I didn't realize A&A was still active.

They are, you just need to read carefully on what the fine print says on the notice. (*hint* Airsoft isn't a replica)

ya sorry, make that 4 retailers now..my bad.

as_styles December 6th, 2006 10:44

We have just added our BB section.

trufret December 6th, 2006 14:47

Good too see more retailers popping up. Getting stuff is pretty hard when almost every player is canada is hammering 2 sites.

underground December 11th, 2006 12:50

looks like ken (007airsoft.com) is semi-back but he's still only selling his instock inventory

vatek December 11th, 2006 13:07

Ken's been doing that ever since his shipment was seized. That's hardly "new" news.

underground December 11th, 2006 17:30

just saw his site up and running again, that's all I really wanted to point out. Before, his whole front page was missing hence why I said semi-back.

neil555688 December 11th, 2006 19:40

he's bringing in accessories, but he still cant get guns

as_styles December 21st, 2006 13:43

BB new pricing

We have made a new deal with our BB supplier, so we can now offer our BBs at a lower price. A bag 2700 BB now costs $15.12 plus GST thats for .20g and .25g. Heavier weights coming soon. Email sales@ghost-ops.ca for large orders to save on shipping rates.

Just noticed this now. Really nice setup. Looks like ASCA has some competition now.

as_styles December 29th, 2006 12:07

kennyp December 29th, 2006 18:33
