i want to make my CA 36 look like this when i finally get ahold of it and was wondering waht pieces i might need to do so.

you'll need a G36K, AG36 and a G36C sight rail with an aim point.

You'd actually need a KSK rail. The G36C rail has BUIS, whereas this does not.

are you sure its not a g36... because i count 6 holes ( ?) instead of the 4 on a g36k ( on the hand guard )

besides the holes it does look like a K due to the barrel length. Could be wrong and probably am

this will be interesting to do then, it rail says for tm and star. will it work with a CA?

That rail is a "C" rail w/o BUIS. Still different.

I can't really tell what the barrel length is ... But the handguard is definitely not a "K" length.

The barrel in the pic ends just past the hand guard. On a full-length G36 this would not be the case. That is most likely a K-length barrel.

the handguard is full g36 length with extra holes but the barrel is K length. just pop the ag36 on a k-length g36 and you're set. good luck finding a ksk sight rail though :)

lol yea ive been looking for a sight rail for a while and i found a site but theyy are like $200 for the rail alone.

Raven has some VKarms KSK aluminium rails. He has 3 of them. Don't remember his asking price but it won't be cheap that's for sure.... You can contact him here on the board ( might be better with e-mail thow).

For the complete look your looking for:

AG 36 grenade launcher
G36 K barrel extention
ARMS low mount for aimpoint
and of course the aimpoint

Personnaly I would highly recommend using the Stock ( can't remember the name) that holds the battery in the rear of the gun. This is a very front heavy platform and after an hour or two it get's painfull to use. It's an rather easy build.

so its really hard to find a rail for the top of a g36?

i just found what i need for the top rail, its a sl9 top rail so if any1 wants to trade it for a g36 top rail/scope then i will when i finally get my g36k

I agree MM launcher does look ugly, i usually hide it, none sees it, you can only feel its payload :) Would love to get Star AG36, but $300... maybe later. About the acog, well i must disagree, i tried various scopes and (for my taste) trijicon looks (and works) the best.

2skalnok. On a more serious note, the thing i wanted to show you is G&P stock for G36. it wont help making your gun more realistic BUT it will help balancing it (and it can hold 9.6 3300 battery, nice :).

i like the sight and the stock but right now the gun is going to come close to 1000 dollars and the ag36 is just for looks right now lol
