Well real or not (In terms of it being an acutal item created by Cornershot), it could be done, and it seems like a good idea.

Even if it's only for a half a second, the cat sleeve thing could give a bad guy pause, long enough to line it up and ruin his day, or at least conceal a weapon that is sticking out from a corner trying to paste his brains on the ceiling.

My god, whoever designed this plays far too much Postal 2.
