whats the deal with these guns. I have seen more Krakin titles topics then TM or G&G.

To my understanding these are just a bit better than clearsoft and even less then JG!!!

That was posted a while ago; you have to see if they have any in stock. I got a Kraken from there a few months ago .. I had a local guy go grab one for me as I didn't feel like filling out their 'online order form' with my credit card number on it.

Kraken AK's come at 350-370fps and are completely TM compatible other than the hopup unit (which can be swapped for a TM compatible one no problem.) So $180 shipped (at least mine was) for a decent gun, hicap, and cheap battery.

+1 i love my Kraken, i play with another Kraken and a tricked out TM AK and the only things thats better in the TM is accuracy and a little more FPS.

That'd be me- anyone else wants one (providing you're verified) and I can head over, it's not too far. I just paid them in-person with my card and mail the box myself.
Still, the Kraken's actually decent- it feels good for a gun of its price range. However, both the mag AND battery died out of the box- the hi-cap's internals came apart and the battery stopped charging. Still, for the gun itself, I'm not complaining.

But one thing got me- what the hell's with the Large batt with Small connector?

I've got the M4 "Kirenex" as my main rifle. It's pretty solid save for the body tabs (which, I'm told was a problem with TM's earlier M4). The battery needs replacing right out of the box as it isn't enough to power the upgraded mechbox/motor.

Is the Kraken actually steel?

Nope. Plastic body.

Aftermath makes a Metal body that you can order. the plastic seems tough enough thou, ive dropped mine quite i few times now and so far so good.

They claim a whole pile of steel parts on that site but its all just pot metal.

I myself have a Kraken, I love it but the first thing I got for it was a wood kit :)

Kraken is an amazing gun for it's price, It outperfoms my JG M4-S System and my TM p90 hands down.

I'd but one of these over another P90 anyday.

are you serious? they seize things coming from within canada too?

you cant get the kraken body(AS I ASSUME THAT YOU SPEAK OF THE ONE MADE BY AFTERMATH) as shown at the back of the package because its in the states.now if you can find them in canada without paying a arm and a lag
