I love gnu porn!
Looks good. A lot better than the crappy finish on the TM 1911 that looks like plastic. |

LOL :D |
such an odd looking gun....nice pic though....
does it still have grip safety like a regular 1911? |

No. It's pinned in the back where it would be. Dunno why. But, that's the way it was originally designed. |
Nice gun and pics. Any plans for it, maybe like a Nova/Prime kit?
|
that would be difficult as items like pistol frame are restricted in Canada, and importer imports actual guns more than kits....
|
So, when are you selling?
You know you have a buyer... ;) |

Always look forward to your topics, cgi. I'm pretty sure you could make -anything- look good with your photography.

Thank you, everybody, for all your kind comments regarding my latest pix. Much appreciated. :D :D :D

Thought I'd throw in my own with a Guarder FMU kit. It's the new style, after Detonics reformed in 2004 (and then threw in the towel...AGAIN). The only difference is the trades. I installed the slide first and got some use out of it and oil on it so the finish would be very minutely different than the frame. I also sanded the head of the spring guide until it was a dull silver.
The pictures were snapped with a pretty pedestrian Canon Powershot 540, so nothing special. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3279/...26de0588_b.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3180/...d2f69638_b.jpg http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2048/...cf202ba3_b.jpg http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2146/...dbacb51e_b.jpg |
