oh and ive been told its made by jg not star even though evike has it listed as a star. if when i get it and it says star on it they will be proven wrong whoever they were. i tend to believe them cuz the cost of the gun and lipoly battery and charger was only $275. if it was a star itd probly be like a thousand at least

oh and i forgot about the supposed free hi-cap mag with it since i pre-ordered

Yeah, those crazy Japanese... Even if I don't admire anime, I can still say that they have some great artists. Btw, I stumbled upon a thread about this a while back.

Seburo is one of my favourite weapon artists out of Japan... Has some seriously spacey lookin guns. Wouldn't want to carry one around for airsoft, but they're definitely cool lookin.

I'd love it if they made some kits based on the Fallout series of video games... :D

i saw just the body kit being sold by itself and it was a lot more expensive than what i paid for it with a gun and the battery and charger

Where do they normally go on an armalite?
It could be in the stock, buffer tube end could be missing and wiring could lead into the external rubbery pad area. Or maybe in the front over the barrel. Maybe if their insane enough, underneath the barrel in the front grippy where the lower half has a partition and may seperate.

i would guess over the barrel, it would only fit in the stock, if the top of the tube was shaved off

well my ika zuchi just arrived in the mail today from evike. it says S.T.A.R. right on the box and on the gun just like in the pictures so i guess it is a star and not a jg. it has a black gearbox too. now i havent handled any of the good aeg's like you guys are used to, the best thing i had in my hands before this was my kraken. but this thing ...im just like wow, it shoots really well. it out-performs the kraken out of the box and i was amazed by the krakens stock performance

Probly not, some folks have tried to bring in masamume inspired airsoft guns only to have them seized by the CBSA. Even though if may not resemble any firearm we know of today, to them if it looks like a gun they just take it.

Although that is not to say you cant try, you never know.

how do dollar store dart guns get into canada? some of them resemble mp5's and m16's and are all camo.

i like it cuz it looks aggressively different
my only problem with it is that the handle grip is made to fit in your right hand and i am left handed so i have to deal with that thumbrest thing sticking into my hand.
i dont know if you can buy left handed ones or where to buy one. with all the other different parts id been able to find on ebay for the guns i would think thatd be something you could get. i get no results though, only thing i get are forward grips and carrying handles. maybe im not using the right words in my search

I think one of Izawhatever has a pretty good chance of passing through customs, provided one ship separately its mag, duster cover, lower trigger guard plate, charging handle and forward assist button to minimize the chance that an agent might recognize the resemblance to an AR.

thats strange. his i guess is made by jg. mine came in a dif more professional looking box and it just said dragon on it. i remember taking it out of the shipping wrapper and seeing "dragon" on the end of the box and being like wtf is that? and mine shoots a lot harder than 350 fps

Id really like to pick one up thats made of metal with rubber/composite grips. The resin cast just ruins it for me however.

If i had access to a machine shop, id make a metal/rubber custom modification as a long term project

that one looks more blacker and shinier than mine.
theres no red dragon anything on the box. it has the S.T.A.R. logo and then under it it says CSI, and then the dragon logo is over to the right by itself i think. i havent paid that much attention to the box
whats bluenoise? mine has the "reinforced lipoly ready black metal gearbox" i dunno if they all have that but yea it is super powerful for such a little thing. so much that you could almost use it as a sniper rifle
the 8.4v battery it came with works really well in it but when you hook up the lipoly battery its like holy crap the rate of fire is crazy fast

must have upgraded internals, i didnt see that in the description
