EFG patches and others- gauging interest, and a custom patch maker?
 

Anyways, I've been planning to make some patches recently, and most of the embroidery companies hereabouts seem to cost quite a bit, unless buying in bulk.

I have a few ROUGH drafts that're good to go, and we (the original EFG and I) planning on kicking off with a neat little preorder.

Anyways, if these were available at a decent price- who'd get one, and any other suggestions? Other info on manufacturers would be a good idea.

No minimum. Just a one-time image digitizing fee, then pay per patch/t-shirt/coffee cup/hate, etc.

Looks like it should be about $10-15. Probably less if we get a good number of people into this.

The ones I am looking into were 3.5" round, 50% stitching, and 9.99 each due to the multicam background. Less for solid, one-colour backgrounds.

The lady's name there is Sue. Not sure how much of a discount she gives, but she sure is nice to deal with.

I'd take a black and OD one if not too much (multicam would be cool as well). One thing about patches and embroidery, make the design as simple as possible, aka. no small little tiny things like the small flags you have in the green patch above.

Hmmm Guy Faulkes. It wouldn't be half bad to have his face as a mask in airsoft... and use words starting with the letter "V" copiously.

It will be. I didn't design it, it was EFG himself- I'm but a messenger.

Either way, it'll have rounded edges, none of that gold crud.

I'd buy one that was just the EFG mask without a face on it.

If it was just the mask... I'm sure I could have MANY people order one as well..

I'm in for 2, whatever the price or final design.

i like the foliage green one, its pretty cool. id get one but would prefer tan, to support efg

We never meant to give the impression that these were 100 percent uniquely made and custom designed. I poorly shopped a picture like the ones you see in bob's post and we mulled over the idea of making it into a patch for all to enjoy.

Im still working on another idea but am having problems with my old copy of PSP 9.

I'm in for an olive drab/woodscolour one.
