Kraken or Broxa?
If you had to choose to buy a Kraken or Broxa, what would you choose and why?
Kraken and I won't say why because there are tons of threads about this very subject. please use the search function.
Whichever one I liked better.
I can read your mind! you'll buy the Kraken...!
actually I only read your nickname... |
Which do you like better? an AK or an MP5? they are pretty much equal on the inside, so which one fits your playing style better?
I heard the Broxa's J-style stock was really weak and would break after you contracted and extend it a few times... I think it was the mechanism that holds the stock in place after you extend that was plastic and cheap. Mind you, with proper handling, you could probably make it last for a while.

Personally, I like the Kraken much more, but thats IMO
they are both pretty decent starter guns as long as you don't abuse them its all good
+1 for the Kraken
I'm probably going with the Kraken, but how is the accuracy on it?
guaranteed headshot everytime ;)

Yes, i am in the exact same situation and i have looked everywhere for reviews on the two, and I know about the battery on the kraken, and the strap and mag on the broxa, but i need to know about accuracy. I know with real guns the longer barrel will make an accuracy improvement, but with airsoft guns is it different? Im not much for close combat, I do more mid- to long range assault, so the kraken shoots 30fps slower than the broxa, but the barrel on it is longer than the broxa's. So i was wondering, which is more accurate at mid- to long range shooting, (not sniping though).
Thanks, Jeff |
kraken,,AK parts are every where. Most peeps like AKs so it will be easy to sell later.
I dont have any experience with the broxa but my highly upgraded kraken is the best gun I own, I sold off my PTW and my real sword because my kraken simply outperformed them.
I love my Broxa, but I'd never buy an AK just because I think they look horrible. Makes me think of, well, maybe I'd better shut up and not offend any AK lovers out there :)
Accuracy is good, and it feels real solid for a cheap starter gun. Add metal mags and scope and it's got a bit of good weight to it. Highly recommended for those who don't want an AK. I think we'll see a lot more of these around; I'm finding TM-compatible MP5 parts everywhere. |
kraken, i bought one , but for the money spent on internals, i could have bought a non rebrand gun...
eventually, you will want to upgrade your gun.. soo.. if you have the money, get verified and buy a better gun. trust me, you will be happier. |
