Ehobby

Well This thread is probably going to get alot of flaming about "get verified" but anywho I'm wondering I ordered alot of parts from Ehobby already and If i try to order lets say an M9 GBB for $50 do you think it'll make it through or get confiscated? because I heard rumors and stories that it works...(note: I already have a bunch of good airsoft )

P.S. I am 19 and My boss is bitching at me so I have to to alot of overtime and I might be getting verified in march during S.B

Shirley December 7th, 2008 03:09

Ha!
Nothing like that will get passed customs.
It doesn't matter from where you buy it, it still has to pass CANADIAN CUSTOMS.

and I love how ASC's hot topic now is about smuggling..

RaisinBran December 7th, 2008 03:13

I know it has to get pass customs but i've been hearing alot of rumors lately that customs is getting lazy and they don't really care

damnit gotta wait few more months...one question are the retailers an online retailer or are they meet in person

Amos December 7th, 2008 03:30

Retailers are online people.

Retailers have made an agreement that they will not deal with anyone that is not age verified, If they do, They get shut down.

RaisinBran December 7th, 2008 03:34

Oh thanks amos I thought they were like people you meet in person and you bring the cash and they bring the stuff *kinda like dealing drugs

sushicake December 7th, 2008 11:52

Or since you're 19 get your self a firearms license and then it "is" legal to bring them over.

Being the holiday season, I could see the exact opposite with all the parcels comming in from out of country.
The rumors youve been hearing are most likley are what they are, simply rumors.

Thats a large chunk of misinformation, please double and tripple check your source about that.

Arthraxis December 7th, 2008 13:54

You can attempt to smuggle it in, and if all the right precautions are taken you may increase your chance of getting it through, but in the event of them catching it, that's when shit really hits the fan.

It's like the blind leading the blind. Christcakes...

Nick_273 December 7th, 2008 15:20

How are retailers able to bring guns into Canada? (aside from Ken from 007 Airsoft and others bringing in good quality 'clearsoft')

Styrak December 7th, 2008 17:18

BFL's. Read moar.

Coleco December 10th, 2008 14:52

I don't know about from overseas, but getting stuff in from the US is easy if the sender knows what hes doing. :) Not suggesting you do this in any way though.

by teleportation

RaisinBran December 11th, 2008 22:44

teleportation!? damn if only I went to hogwarts instead of staying at home and stealing money from hobos

super_six_four December 11th, 2008 22:51

if your 19 why do you have to wait until your next job to get av'd?

RaisinBran December 12th, 2008 23:13

because I work in the morning until like 9 and during the weekends im busy with my family (because my uncle is really sick) and I'm waiting to get hired at a night job position so i can get Av'ed in the morning and go to work feeling happy that I will have a M4 to shoot with

And once you have your firearms license, you can play airsoft with .177 pellets....

RaisinBran December 13th, 2008 03:20

Hmm it is true that if you have a firearms license you can bring over airsoft?

No. Otherwise there would be no fuss. We'd all do yearly border runs and have a grand 'ol time.
