new loadout

not sure what to call it. its just my own personal preferences of gear that is comfy to wear.

excuse the pics i was bored and messing around with them.
criticism is welcome, and any ideas to help the load out would be appreciated.
im trying to do more of a seals look i guess.

thanks
mike

Interesting... You seems to be going for a PMC look, but I would bar camo if that is what you want.

Other wise, with a few color changes, similar to mine.

Try tying your shemagh in a "bandit" fashion.

DENZILDON January 12th, 2009 02:35

I would say add an upper bdu with it. ;)

Look's good but I would take the smoke nade pouch off my chest and put it right behind the radio pouch and put a pistol mag pouch on your chest. And put the radio pouch on the left side and place a hoster in place where the radio pouch is now.

megaman January 12th, 2009 02:44

x2 on myself.

i will be re-arranging my rig to shingles and moving the radio pouch to the side of my camel pack . i had two pistol mag pouches as well but they dissapeard at a game early in the season when i set my rig down? lol.

i would get rid of the flashy mechanix gloves you can get some cheap less visiuual gloves like all black or green or w/e from watson gloves for like 20 bucks thats just my opinion

came with it when i bought the rifle last season. i imagine most of them you can remove the lower mount on them so they can sit on your carry handle without a QD riser? at least thats what ive noticed in pictures of them.

Veteran104 January 13th, 2009 01:32

oh i see..thanks

Wilson January 13th, 2009 07:12

We rock the same loadout. It's a good one.

megaman January 13th, 2009 14:21

Mind you, that was an early picture. Almost all the gear there has been upgraded with higher end stuff (and I, the bald dude in the middle, have purchased BDUs that actually fit).

Erennert January 14th, 2009 00:21

Nice loadout, just wondering how much that BDU cost all together Wilson?

ive got to get ahold of some tan and OD knee pads though.

Flatlander January 14th, 2009 01:10

Wilson, do you have a close up of that 416 you're holding? I'm liking the paintjob and would like to see a clearer shot of it. Mine is all scratched and warn to hell so I figure I'm going to paint it for next season.

FOX_111 January 14th, 2009 02:12

What's with those gloves with white scripts on it? Everyone and their cat have them. How special are they supposed to be?

Operators over seas are constantly seen using those gloves because they're light and cheap((ish)). They're not as bulky so they ventilate better meaning less sweating of the hands which is a very good thing when in the bloody deserts.

Wilson January 14th, 2009 08:18

We use the Mechanix gloves as well, but ours are slightly customized.

Pics of my 416 are attached. Changed the stock on it to a six-position from a TM M4A1 as I didn't like how wide the Crane-style stock was. All of our weapons are painted - even the real stuff.

Finally got around to snapping a shitty pic of the, more or less, current loadout.
