on the 6th of april i ordered a aftermath broxa from buyairsoft.ca
and i still have not got it yet.

but what is pissing me off now is that i can't get in my account

is anyone else have this problem?

They're going through some restructuring since CAS bought the webdomain. Its possible that it may not have gone through properly and you might have to email their customer service.

That being said, you should have looked at all the negative reviews of buyairsoft.ca that flood this website, you could have saved yourself a lot of trouble and stress.

So, make a claim with paypal. Don't just open a file make a claim. Pretty sure after that you will either get a response or your gun in quick order.

Yes but by being bought by CAS, those problems were suppose to have been taken of.

So dude, make a claim through paypal, right now. When you describe the situation let them know that its been two weeks pluls your maccount had been disabled. Tell then you want your money back. Then get a gun froma good retailer.

last year they were realy great to me i bought some tools and supplys and paid normal shipping

got to my door in 2 days!!! the day after i ordered the gun and the next day is when it arrived

2 months later i ordered my dragon

it came in the mail in 3 days. though the reason there having problems is because more people are trying to join the game and all ordering the same gun :)

Yes! That is abnormal behavior for them. Good service that is.

Personally, I think their service is simply hit and miss (more miss than anything). Every gun i've ordered through them has hit the doorstep in reasonable time. I guess I was lucky too!

oh damn i contacted buyairsoft.ca and they said that i missed one letter on my email(stupid me) and they were trying to contact me saying the item was out of stock.

I've dealt with buyairsoft.ca a few times, albeit for pellet guns, not airsoft. I've always received what I ordered within a week of ordering it. I've never experienced any problems.

I have dealt with buyairsoft a few times mostly for pellet guns. However, I did purchase a JG M4A1 off them in late December 2008. They sent me 2. I was nice enough to return one of them and they promised a credit on my next order. They are OK to deal with but they are hardly perfect. However, I did read on their website that Canadian Airgun Supply was purchasing them. So maybe that has something to do with it. Also they are currently out of stock on almost every AEG they carry.

Have you tried emailing them. You can always reply to an email they have sent you even if your locked out of your account.

Bass Pro Shops Online always seem to have clear Broxa's on sale. I think their price is better and customs won't seize a clear airsoft gun.

well you can always apologize for failing them :)

Still if they are out of stock, ask for a refund. If they refuse make a claim through paypal, or with your credit card.
