Need Help Deciding

Hey, so this isn't my first Airsoft gun, but my first was a crosman, and I'm looking to pump it up a little and I'm trying to decide between a few guns I'm looking at.

ICS MP5ES
http://buyairsoft.ca/catalog/product...roducts_id=428
ICS MP5SDES
http://buyairsoft.ca/catalog/product...roducts_id=432
G&G MP5 A5
http://buyairsoft.ca/catalog/product...roducts_id=436

Just want to know all the little details and important problems or added bonuses etc.

thanks

Don't buy from buyairsoft, they charge shipping. It sucks.

Buy from here: www.velocityarms.ca

They charge no shipping and they have good customer service and aren't overpriced.

There's rifles actually come back in stock too.

haha, yea, i was just using buyairsoft because they have all the rifles that i want and i don't want to sprawl across 5 different websites

also, velocity arms doesn't have ICS, but I like the mp5 they have.

If ICS becomes my option I can also go to http://diviarms.000space.com/

We will have some ICS stock in next week with Tinted receivers. Package will come with "real" bb bottle (1,000 rounds) mag, charger, and battery.
Main feature: split mechbox design allows for immediate fps adjustment, by simply swapping out a pre-tuned upper gearbox. You can purchase the upper gearbox from us with M120 spring already installed and ready to go.

All rails on ICS guns are machined aluminum.

Receiver component on ICS guns are thicker and offer more flexibility making parts less brittle.

I think at this point it is all based on preference and what feels the most comfortable to you.

Both the MP5 and M4 have a lot of aftermarket parts available and you can make them last depending on how much money you are willing to put into them. In my opinion, ICS has better quality internals and will last you much longer than a G&G if you don't plan on upgrading anytime soon.

ok, I'm going to say now, please do not give me offers on anything you are retailing, i've gotten about 3 pms now, stop.

First off, i'm not age verified, and wont be for another 3 years, this will be purchased in my parents name
second, all of these offers are more expensive than ones i've found online, which isn't really that much of a bonus
i had another reason in my head, but i forgot it

i've also taken the m4 off the list, i've established with myself i want an MP5

Can I ask a question, what are your intentions of using it? Is it a PTW? Airsofting with your friends or what? Because if so you should have Parental supervision. Also, why don't you just wait 3 years instead of wasting your money of something your not really gonna play with a lot of people, and won't be as fun when your 18.

I use mine for a PTW, personally.

Obviously i like to train either then play because I am still underage? I bought it under my own money. Really, kinda thought about it and was kinda of a dumb idea but no turning back now.

Personal Training Weapon.

guysullavin May 8th, 2009 18:37

well i guess i could say both, but mostly for playing with my friends. also i'm not saying theyre buying it, its my money.

in technical terms, you could say that they're buying it for themselves but are letting me use it.

I belive that the topic is about airsoft rifles, not permissions and other shit

Stop gettin all worked up man. He worked to save up money and his parents are gettin his gun for him. Personally i see no problem in that and you shouldn't either, its not your business. By purchasing the gun for him, his parents are claiming 100% responsability for what he does with it. You think they would buy it for him if they didn't realize this. If you don't have anything constructive to say then don't post.

guysullavin May 8th, 2009 22:16

Can we go back to the topic on hand?
My question is now is are G&G MP5's better quality than ICS MP5's

DrZooker May 8th, 2009 22:26

G&G are of a lower quality than ICS. ICS also are easier to change the mechbox.

guysullavin May 9th, 2009 12:57

ok, lets say i've decided to get this but it doesn't come with a battery, how do I choose a battery?

theguy May 9th, 2009 13:41

get yourself a decent 8.4V intelect battery from Airsoftparts.ca
Don't forget to get a charger, The wall chargers that come with most guns are craps, but a smart charger so you dont wreck your battery

This is probably the most basic affordable smart charger out there:

Look for a battery like this one,
