I know we were shy with the updates, that is because we didn't have any, but we we surprised when we received the order today and we will be sorting out whose stuff is what and hoping to have everything shipped out by the end of next week.

What we need from the people that ordered. Your shipping address so we can give you a quote on the balance, tax and shipping. I know some of you gave the full amount and some even paid the tax, we will take that into account when we give quotes. If you paid by EMT we'll just email you your quote and you can send us the balance and if you paid by paypal we'll submit a request through paypal for the remaining amount.

We will also send out a message via the ASCMart news letter over the weekend.

Yea, not really forthcomming on the updates are they...

I would bet they got one big box with stuff mixed up like crazy. First they need to unpack it, check it off against the invoice, then start to match it to all the pre-orders. They can't update anyone till it's all done.

There can be stuff in there that's the wrong colour or not labled properly or worse. Stuff like this can be a huge nightmare.

Still.... it's taking a long time now.
I was planning on using my stuff this august, wich will be my last game for this summer.

Does anyone have an update on this, I'm think the community ought to be kept in the loop as to issues with a retailer.

Ok, i'm missing a few usernames/email addresses I'm trying to get out the quotes today and I apologize for the delays, logistics and some other issues got in the way. If we do another preorder it will be done completely differently so we don't have this issue ever again.


If your initials are MB and you live in NS I need your user name or email address. Same with JM from Ontario. Your EMTs had neither listed in the email and we can't find the included message.

its been 4 weeks and we can't even recieve a shipping quote, I can't imagine how long its going to take for them to actually ship out the items

Never order time-sensitive items with theses (or ebaybanned.com), they are known to take more time than expected. That's why you get a discount.

I learned the pre-order patience from PropsCan.
In this case though, I'm not worried at all about not getting my stuff...

A pre-order take time, because it's not an order, but a Before-it's-ordered-order.

You get your discount with the bulk shipping from the retailler.

What I'd like here, is a little bit more communication, so we know what's going on. Beside that, everything look normal.

Really, I have no problem with it taking longer than normal. All I want is comms telling me it will take longer. I'm in no hurry.

If you ever do this again (I doubt you will with the experience) just give more frequent comms and everything will be alright (like : Gosh guys! We got everything but it's a mess to sort out. Give us 45 days!).

I'd have to surmise the first person originally running this was found hanging from a rafter by a pair of Pantac suspenders after an evening trying to count hundreds of seemingly identical seeming packages in that nice crinkly cellophane overseas folks love to use.

The second guy was caught running down the street naked except for a RAV fashioned into a straight jacket and what staff is left is drawing straws to pick the next victim.

Lisa told me that some items were not included in the first shipment, which is why we dont even have our quote yet

Everytime the CP truck pull over in front of where I live, I'm watching the guy like an awk. I know his routine by heart now and I try to be home when he is scheduled to pass by. I'm getting obsessive about it now hehe.

I picked mine up at the post office after work today and there was much rejoicing! My gf got great amusement from my struggles to figure out how to adjust the damned thing!
