TM EG30000 is out!

http://redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/ai...l?prodID=28603

These are the ones in those new TM high-cycle AEGs that can do over ~25 RPS with an 8.4 mini

From the description of the MP5 High-cycle

Featuring a hand made ultrahigh-speed rotation motor thats achieves 30,000 revolutions per minute, and a High Cycle Mecha-Box coupled with Top of the Line Japanese bearing
Might be worth a try, TM motors have always been good to me in the past.

Damn it, You people are costing me a fortune...

Anyone wanna buy 2 Systema Turbos?

Drake February 9th, 2010 23:33

EG3000? I think you meant EG30000 (yes, it's thirty thousand) :P

I have to wonder how it does for torque though. The EG1000 is still one of my favorites for all around use, surpassed only by Guarder's Infinite Torque motor.

I don't know... $54 is a high asking price for a motor... G&P M160 is only $1 more on their site.

Cushak February 10th, 2010 00:37

TM EG1000 or G&P M140/M160 are my favourite motors. Though, knowing TM's dedication to quality this will become one of them.

You obviously havent bought any REAL (as in NON Clone) aftermarket Motors, such as hummer or systema. 54 bucks for a motor is cheap. 1/2 the price of Systemas and almost 1/3 of Hummers.

yuhaoyang February 10th, 2010 10:42

I run a systema magnum, thanks for taking a random stab at someone you don't know.
What you are implying is that you're sure that the EG30000, designed to run in a stock TM with a 260-280fps spring on normal ratio gears, is going to be running better than a G&P M160?
Compared to the M160 price, something that high priced I'd stay away from, even if it was TM.
And a systema magnum is $74 on redwolf, $20 more.

Crunchmeister February 10th, 2010 10:59

Meh. I'll wait an see. In the meantime, I'll stick with my Systema Magnum and Guarder Infinite Torque motors. I'm with yuhaoyang on this one. I'm leary about TM stuff that was designed to be used in Japanese guns. Personally, I find TM motor performance rather laggy and very underwhelming when used in upgraded AEGs shooting 375+ fps.

Haha Thanks Drake :P

Yeah, I am wondering as to its torque myself. The guns that TM puts them in shoot even slower then the other TMs, something like 260.

My AEG shoots like 330ish, maybe I will give it a try.

ILLusion February 10th, 2010 18:10

Videos that I've seen of the high ROF guns that Tokyo Marui is selling shows a delayed wind up till the motor reaches full speed. I'd assume that torque is low, based on that demonstration.

Shirley February 10th, 2010 18:16

Laser guns.

yuhaoyang February 10th, 2010 19:31

Yeah I don't really get the appeal of a bukkake shooter outside your pants =/
What was so bad about RS m16 ROFs?

kalnaren February 10th, 2010 20:16

Everyone knows the EG560 is where it's at.

euhhhhhhggggggggggggggghghhghg

right now this motor is the bain of my existence.

Has anyone purchased one of these yet? Looking for some hands on reviews from someone with an upgraded gun. Want to know how the torque is mostly.

Drake March 29th, 2010 07:08

In this video a ninja tests the EG30000 against other well known motors. In a nutshell the gun shoots ~330fps (full length M16) so not much of an upgrade. The motor seems speed-oriented.

As with Systema Turbo and other high ROF motor, they aren't built for high torque. If you want torque, I suggest the Guarder Infinite Torque (best bang for the buck for the speed limits we have)

not sure if this is a bad place to ask, but why hasnt airsoft moved into brushless motors?
from what little I know about them, they are virtually matenience free and have a ton of torque/speed....

Thenooblord November 8th, 2010 19:56

I was wondering that the other day while going through my old piles of RC motors...
