Concerns about herooutdoors.com
 

Hello everyone I have a concern about herooutdoors.com mainly as I made an order close to the end of June and we're almost in the middle of July now and still states awaiting fulfilment and the order was already paid for and nothing has changed. I've tried calling them and tried sending them an email and no response are they even open? They're website doesn't state or say anything about them being closed anyone whom might be able to shed some light on this it would be very much appreciated as I've ordered from them before without any issues but am having troubles with them right now. Thanks for any input

Stay away from them. If you paid with PayPay, file a dispute.

I bought some stuff from them early April . Items shipped after a day or two . But then again they were also answering phone calls and emails ok during that time

I didn't pay through PayPal I paid via EMT.

Hero Outdoors doesn't carry most of the stock on the website. They order it as stuff comes in, and the owner is a real dick.

They are bad avoid at all cost...dont even know why they still up and running

UPDATE: I finally got a response and my items will be shipped out today sometime.
