No strange at all. The photo was taken at ROC (Taiwan) Army Base open day in the last year. During the close combat demonstration to public, this soldier was pretend as "Enemy Guard" who would be naturalized by a ROC Army commando behind him.

Wow! you mean the ROC commando will naturalise the "PLA guard" into a Taiwanese just like that - and no immigration forms to fill?

Lol, just sharing this. Shame the picture seems to be missing...
