MP5 SD6 to MP5K

I was wondering if there is a way to modify my TM MP5 SD6 into a MP5K. Is the upper receiver different on the two models, is the Lower different, does the mechbox need to be changed ect. I have no idea where to even start on this one.

I did in fact search Google quite extensively and came up dry as to a clear concise answer.

Why not just sell the SD6 and buy a K?

The MP5K is a V3 gear box and the body has the upper and lower reciever which are two different parts. The SD6 is a V2 and the body splits in 1/2 (right and left side while the K splits upper and lower)to get the gear box out. The parts between the two guns would not easily be switchable without some MAJOR mods.
