will pistol grips that are made for real steel handguns fit on any airsoft handgun?

Yes, they will fit some GBB pistols. Not all though, so you may have to modify yours. Same goes with grip bushings.

Sadly not all gbb pistols have identical dimensions and fixture sizes as their real steel counter parts. If you specify exactly which model of Gbb pistol your referring too perhaps someone with that specific pistol could give you insight.
