I'm missing part 15 (tiny little spring) and part 18 (plastic clip that minimizes hopup mov't/over adjustment). Any idea where I can get such parts?

I sure hope they ship to Canada b/c I can't select that as a country when checking out, only US is availble.

And for anyone else out there, they are also familiar with what gets past customs. They offered to take the pistol in and fix it but cautioned me it might not come back. I opted to fix it myself in any case.

The auto checkout on their site doesn't offer u a Canada checkout option. So I opened a case at their help desk stating my issue , labeling it as "urgent". This was on Friday afternoon, well withing their working hours. Since I wanted my parts ASAP, I phoned KWA repeatedly every couple of hours on Monday. Every single time they were busy. 2 whole business days and not a single response. I don't know if it's just me but I've been underwhelmed by the shittiness of their customer support. Are there any alternatives to getting the parts I need?

You know it's a long weekend in the USA right?

They were back in touch with me by email within a day, and then called back the same day with a freight quote.

I don't know if you'll ever find an airsoft supplier with operators standing by 24-7.
