Retailer review - Airsoftpark

It was my first transaction with them (albeit not a complete one, read on) and I felt I had to tell the community how great their service was.

I placed an order yesterday, everything went smoothly. I then realized I had made a mistake and the parts I ordered were not compatible. In desperation, I emailed them to see if I could get a refund for my purchase. Without a single second of hesitation, they accepted. In fact, I received an email about 10 minutes after my first enquiry and I think its worth sharing int with you guys so here it goes :

Hi Hugo,

We have refund you $xx.xx USD to your paypal account xxxxxxxxx@hotmail.com.

Please have a check of it.

So sorry our cooperation on this purchase is not successful.

Hope we could have cooperation next time.

Have a nice weekend.

Sincerely yours,

Trina, Customer Support

So, all in all, they are great and I will do business with them in the future.

They have the best email staff. Replies come in good time shipping is free which means you get it in reg time. Seriously though if your like me I come back time and time again because I know that I can rely on their staff. GREAT people running a proper biz.

If your going to make a larger order contact them first they give discounts to returning members.

Update :

I ordered a chest rig from them two weeks ago. Received it today and it's exactly what I wanted and it arrived even faster than what I was led to believe.

Overall, GREAT service. I HIGHLY recommend Airsoft Park to everyone.

I was extremely pleased with these guys. I had placed a huge order for some gear( for me and some friends) and it was at my door step in 6 days. SWEET! free shipping. Of course they add the shipping to the cost but regardless.

I had great success talking with Ryan and Trina (ryan@airsoftpark.com, they both shared the same email)

Great service as well, fast shipping and all!

Just ordered from them, just wondering if you had to pay any duty or border fee when it arrived?

Ordered 5 times...never got hit with duty fees. They usually mark down the value on package.

Order was for around $130, don't mind paying some, as long as its not a crazy amount

Duty/border fee is hit or miss, depends whether customs wants to check, not who's shipping.

However, anything valued under $20 you definitely don't have to worry as they are exempt from duties and brokerage.

I like these guys. The free shipping is what really attracts me to them. I hate loading up a cart full of goodies, making an account, and finding out shipping is almost the cost of my order.

These guys are the best!

Apparently, if your order is 200$ or more, they'll upgrade you to faster shipping for free. Anyone care to confirm?

They did that for me last month.

On the items I looked at, they were more expensive than other Asian retailers. It seems they build the cost of shipping into their prices and then call it "free shipping".
