search it up on youtube. It's TM compatible, it shouldn't be hard to disassemble

you'Re wrong... it is a pain in the ass to disassemble...lol

I have one myself, and in order to disassemble it, you need to do a full disassembly, which means follow this (LINK)

fair enough.... I haven't tried it myself

well thats because of the particular body locking system SRC used/designed in there hk416s.... (to prevent the famous body pins failure on tm m4s and the gun snaping in half....)

the Rail is the easiest part to remove on the gun...lol... just remove the screw under the rail, near the upper receiver, and pull it off...

Unless yours is front wired, which mean the connector gets in the way.... so you'll have to pull it off gently, and disconnect it, before pulling the whole rail off....

PS: User manuals dont explain how to disassemble your gun....

i thought all class of AEG m16 styled gun are built like the m16?
just push the take down pin and you can separate it into the upper and lower receiver or am i wrong?
plus will this help better?
i know this this for a echo one version but it might be the same?
YouTube- Echo-1 614 disassembly guide
well you can trust me or take the time to find (cause i cant find myself)
or go ask Ken from 007airsoft? he has one in stock i think...

no...not for the upper,Even though they are all TM clones, lots of companies decided to mod some parts of the original TM design, like the upper receiver "retention" system... (Since the original TM design with the tabs failed...)

On the SRC hk416 especially, its impossible to separate the upper and lower without breaking something...lol

so you removed the 2 grip screws? .... and it wont come out... thats really weird...lol...

Can you at least remove the gerbox form the lower receiver? if yes... then your grip might be superglued...:D

humm.. I've dont try to remove the gearbox from the lower receiver yet, but I will try ! But for the grip, to remove the grip plate, did I need to remove the little allen screw in the middle ? Because I wasn't sure !

Thanks !

Gunny_McSmith September 5th, 2010 17:57

no, the allen screw in the middle is for the heigh adjustment of the motor.... it has nothing to do with the disassembly of the gun...

Read the link I sent you, it has everything you need....
