You're being pretty vague. No one will be able to help you unless you give more details.
Also, this should have been posted in the Gun Doctor section.

Did you check your fuse, if you have one that is.

If you disassembled the gun, check to make sure you re-connected the wires to the motor.

what battery are you using and what charger? The battery you got with it? Did you try another battery? Trouble shoot the wiring.. If not the battery might be bad. I had to buy a new battery to replace the one i got with my G&G cause it was a bad battery and doesn't hold a charge

Check your gearbox wires, it's possible that they were damaged if your friend reassembled the upper receiver.

Going on what Augie says, when you re-connected, or your friend reconnected, the wires to the motor you have to be careful not to bend the connector back and forth too much while you're trying to push it onto the spade of the motor. Doing this will break the connection and it won't be visible under the heat shrink of the connector you are pushing on. I'm not saying that this is for sure the problem, I'm just relating a problem I had with mine that might have happened to yours.

wow another G&G with a broken gear. They must make those things out of corn.

Is your fuse blown? I you may have blown it by trying to fire with the broken gear. This would put load on the motor/battery and heat the fuse up to a breaking point.

Also make sure your motor hight is not jammed right in that could be stopping ti as well. But that would usually cause a *tick* sound when the trigger is pulled.

I tell you what though, G&G has cured me of ever buying a clone gun.

So what's the update JAKE. Were you able to find out why the motor wasn't spinning up.

Do what Dart says and pop the motor plate off to make sure that the motor height is not jamming the gears. Also, while you got it dropped and the wires still hooked up, see if the motor spins up, before you pop it back into the handle. If not, check the fuse if it has one.

You might also want to check the trigger switch in the gearbox as well if the fuse checks out and the connectors on the motor check out.

are you using the stock nunchuck G&G batteries? becase if so throw those POS out. they dont hold charge what so ever

BobbyDangerous September 6th, 2010 16:21

Yeah the one i got with my G&G was dirt and didn;t hold a charge at all. But i recently bought a king arms and thats a lot better. I bought a B6D charger too... I got my G&G battery back in working order though but the KA is better with a higher mAh
