Has anyone ordered from their website? I'm looking at ordering the Level 6 Hardshell jacket. I would also like the Level 5 Softshell but they don't seem to have any in their "Alpha Green" colour, just the Level 5 Pants.

What's the shipping costs like? It looks like they ship UPS are they gonna rape me on brokerage over the border?

ORC Ind is still around and selling to the civilian market now, although that PCU stuff might be old stock so don't know if they'll ever get the color/size you want if they don't currently have it.

As for shipping, try contacting them; I had a similar issue when ordering ECWCS from Halys Gear's (SEKRI) website: their sales manager arranged for shipping via USPS for me (CBSA charged tax on it, unfortunately).

The PCU Level 5 system is no longer made by ORC.

Patagonia makes the PCU jackets and pants, but the prices are all over the place on ebay, and you probably can guess how much they are direct. I think that getting it from ORC (what is left in stock) is your best bet price wise for something new. Hopefully, they would just ship it in a USPS flat rate box - which is under $25 USD for whatever they can stuff into it.
