AK47/74 Display Stand

Hello internets.

Saw a few pictures of various armalites and sidearms using a display stand, and I got excited. Did a quick google for such a display stand to support an AK-74.

Just to be clear, this is the type of stand I am talking about:

I was looking for the same thing, but never found one. Those AR ones are made by King Arms I believe. But I'm too cheap to pay $35 for one.

Doesn't look tough to make from a bunged up mag though..

Hey man, that's a good idea. just use an old Low cap mag and firmly secure it to a base of choice. I would recommend a very solid steel plate base that's very well balanced to avoid having the gun tip over. Now that would suck. But correct me if I'm wrong, is that not a M4 mag stand?

It is, I was just posting a picture as an example for what I was looking for. But have it designed for an AK.

Looks like I am not the only one who wants one.

i looked into it, its hard cuz the base of the AK mag is so angled it takes a lot of L-mounts to secure it to a baseplate lol, but if you make one, i want one too haha
