Delta Ring Nut?

Hello, all. I bought a short-barreled aeg from a friend, which has a Patriot Kit on the foreend/handguard.
I decided to replace the foreend/handguard with this type of RIS handguard:

However, upon installing it, I noticed that my whole outer barrel assembly is popping out of the front end of my RIS handguard and, that this handguard does not have anything to mount it on to stay in place.
I realized maybe I need a Delta Ring Nut, or something with a diameter small enough to lock the whole outer barrel assembly in place onto the receiver; which will hopefully also allow me mount this RIS on top of.

So far, I haven't been able to locate a Delta Ring Nut, or any Delta Ring kits that could fix this. Any advice?

It should have come with one, you need the one pictured on the top right corner.

You can try taking apart your previous delta ring, and take that piece out and it should work.

Thank you. That's what I was thinking. However, looking at this Delta Ring part currently installed on my CA M15a4, it looks like the the "teeth" on the ring will obstruct the mounting of this RIS and, it also looks like the RIS assembly doesn't a an inner diameter big enough to mount it on top of.

It should come with a delta ring, like the one pictured above (with a bunch of small teeth). I am not sure it will work with a TM style ring (with two large prongs), but probably.

You can find a delta ring in the classified for quite cheap, or buy a complete kit.

Okay, I will do your recommendation. Thanks so much.
