Black Tactical Uniform (ACU Cut) in Toronto
 

So my friends and I are trying to do a ERT uniforms for a short movie, and after a few bad experiences with BDU cut uniforms (Weight, heat retention,) we're looking for ACU cut uniforms in Black. We found the TRUs and thought they'd be an improvement.

Question is, where can I find ACU Cut Uniforms in Black in Toronto? I searched local surplus and haven't found anything like Tru-Spec's TRU, and couldn't find a prior topic on this in search.

They're in Montreal, but shipping is cheap (free over $200, actually) and won't take long.

The TAC-U kit from Propper is a modified ACU design specific for law enforcement needs, or so the web site goes. I have a set in both black and multi-cam and it's pretty decent -- durable and easy to maintain.

Beaver Surplus on Dufferin, north of Orfus often stocks a decent selection of Propper gear and can source them rather quickly if they don't have your size on-hand. Good bunch of guys to deal with there. Ph. (416) 784-1161. Or, you can give Jeroon a try over at Army Issue in Port Credit.
