Price on scar's

I want to get a scar light, and just wondering the prices on them.
I think i want to get the VFC scar-l, so whats the price range?

Sudzy24 October 20th, 2010 13:26

ne where from 400 to 430

Crunchmeister October 20th, 2010 13:26

Get age verified and you can check out the classifieds and retailer sections of the forum for yourself. If you're not 18, then you're out of luck. Sorry.

That's a VERY LOW estimate, especially for a VFC.

i know places even cheaper then that

Styrak October 20th, 2010 14:41

Uh, not likely.
They're almost $400 in the US to begin with.

Matt 'Maverick' Watts October 20th, 2010 15:24

I have to agree with Styrak on this one. I do know exactly what VFC's sell for at retail locations in Canada, but I'm not going to say to someone who's not Av'd, sorry.
If you want a VFC SCAR though, plan on spending more than the prices quoted above.

Crunchmeister October 20th, 2010 15:37

From what I see of Canadian retail prices, yeah, significantly more than $400.

theshaneler October 20th, 2010 15:59

normal is in the $600 range

I hope you're referring to used ones at that price range, cause there is no way you're going to find a new one at that price. I paid that for my ECHO 1 SCAR and it was used.

VooDooPeteK October 20th, 2010 17:31

yes $400 is a low ball for a VFC. A buddy picked one up for $350 but it needed a bunch of work to get it going again.

Even in the states I have seen used VFC's around the $350 mark so here in Canada I would say more the $600 range then start adding from there depending on upgrades/accessories.

I would def suggest getting AV'ed as you are 18+ and start looking in the classifieds. You might get a bit of a better deal around this time of year to.

Snakebite1967 October 20th, 2010 18:36

$620 and change usual retail rate

Tyrael October 20th, 2010 19:49

Yes, i am planning to get av'd this sat, so the classifieds will be looked at.

That being said, for around 500, what is the most relyable and durable one. I've seen some reviews, and people say each one has its own merits. Im not planning on upgrading it anytime soon, so its the stock i want to play with.
