How do you adjust Hop Up-We Scar Gas Blow Back
 

Just wondered how to adjust the hop up on my we scar gbb. Just got it and dont even know what the hop up looks like???

Cock back the charging handle and look inside the compartment. You will see a black plastic part. Turn it to adjust the hopup.

I find this method to not work. the ring is very stiff. I have to take the lower reciever off, the bottom rail, and take the brass barrel out. Pain in the butt.

I use my knife/flat head screw driver to adjust it. Too stiff by hand. Twist down for more hop, up for less.

you can also reach up through the mag well and turn it.

Alright found it, now turning it, which way is up and which way is down? it looks like it turns either left or right when looking at it from the mag well with the gun upside down

spin it clockwise for more hop. (that would be in the direction of the side with the bolt catch)
