AK / Galil upper receiver
 

Hi ASC community

I have an ICS Galil AR and I would love to put a scope on it. however as you know the Galil doesn't have a rail on top so the only likely solutions would be to get an scope mount for it or drill a pair of holes and screw a rail on a spare upper receiver. since I haven't seen any Galil scope mount (I haven't look that hard, actually) and the Idea of second spare railed upper seems more appealing. so I found this:

AK top covers are usually pretty loose....not great for a scope mount.
Use a receiver mount.
