H4855 PRR cadpat pouch
 

Hello !

Would any one have a lead on where to buy the issue cadpat pouch for the PRR ? The company in the UK who was doing them went bankrupt and I have no idea who make them nowadays ?

Lot of guys buy their own pouches, so if you are trying to do a CF look, it would be accurate to have non issued kit.

Finding a Brit DPM PRR pouch and making it look really dusty is pretty accurate too. I'm sure there are still those floating around both in surplus and in theatre.

Wasn't the PRR originally issued with an ACU pouch or was that only for troops deployed overseas?

Probably, but that is what is being discussed.

My question was just in case they were locally available in surplus or such. I have a brand new DPM one that I will convert to Cadpat if I can't find the original one.

Only UCP pouches I've seen were for AN/PRC 148s(MBITRS), never seen them for PRRs. American Radio, so American pouch was part of the kit that came with the radio.

Why would troops in Canada have a CADPAT pouch then have a UCP one when deployed? That doesn't make sense.. not saying your wrong, but just sounds weird. And I haven't seen UCP pouches for the PRRs in person or in pics.
