Ratech problems!
 

I recently purchased a whackload of parts and magazines from RATECH..well like a few weeks ago now.

Since the day I made the payment, I have not received one email from them. And Iv made numerous attempts at contacting them.

Has anyone else had problems with them, or are they all just on holidays right now.

I orderes some stuff like last week (wed? can't remember) and I got an Email from them sayiing it's shipped w/ tracking number.

They are going through holidays currently and for the past week or so.

Chinese new year...

Yeah I had the same probs with WGC. Turns out they were shut down a couple days for the new year.

Yeah id say. Its been 2 weeks. How long does the chinese new year usually last?

Some companiesd only restart on the 14th. Suggest you resend email then

I just yesterday was talking to Erica from RAtech on MSN about an RAtech bolt catch and she said it would be shipped within a few days, so I dont think they're on holiday

I believe it's like 8-10 days of holidays or something but festivities last like 15 days.

So yeah if they did it "properly" they should have gotten back to work already on Friday or getting back to work on Monday.

I sent them an email a month ago and they just replied yesterday. They mentioned they've been really busy since chinese new years.
