How do I downgrade the FPS on my Velocity Arms AEG?

ok question, i just bought a velocity arms m4, how do i get it lower than 360? cause it comes stock 360 - 400, and i would really like to play on a field?

Get the spring changed, usual indoor limit is 350. I believe an M100 spring should get you there. Outdoor fields the usual limit is 400, so you would be just fine for those games.
