i am so lost please help

iv just bought a used G&G M4 speical force GR16. as i was shooting th rifle started making a jaming sound and the trigger locked up. so thinking it s the batt. i charged it. My question is two parts im not sure if im charging th batt right, i charghed it 4 6hrs at 2.5 on the charger. so is the batt so old its fryed or could there be somthing brokin in the rifle? please help. streein out in calgary

if the trigger locks up, it's not the batt. Probably the selector plate.

Pretty sure I lost brain cells trying to read that.

Could be if the battery doesn't have enough charge to cycle the gun.
Also this should be posted in the Doctor's Corner section.

i second that. If its a clunk it's dead or your screw for your motor plate is too tight. If it sounds like it's really trying, it's too low voltage for your gun.

why you no post in the right section?
why you no make a valid title?
why you no use return key?
why you write like cat?

why you no grab a screwdriver instead of crying like a little girl?

Bob Marley is in your AEG

Charge the battery and try again, if it still jams something may be broken.
test the battery to see if it's charged, although I very much doubt you own a tester.

For your own protection, I've moved your post.

m-m-m-m-multi-post, try keeping your responses in 1 reply, reasoning for this is that it bumps your thread and knocks away some other very important threads/information

calling some of the more senior members "ignorant" is a bad start this community has a very long memory

good grammar and sentence structure is a good thing especially when you are trying to ask a question, short sweet and to the point is best.

glad to hear that our information helped you out.

now the next suggestion would be to read up on the FAQ use the search function judiciously and get age verified (18+) it helps around here.

Maybe you could take some time and try to emulate the way that the user "Hello312" posts. He's also a new member and is getting some well earned respect.

As for the problem, is it that thing where you have to switch it to auto for a short burst then you can go back to semi? If so I believe a MOSFET should sort that out. If it's something else maybe take it to a local gundoc.

Not a complete list of gundocs but a good place to start: http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=72809

If worst comes to worst there's a player in Edmonton who goes by the name Sam/Samuel who's supposedly the god of gundocs in Canada (not sure what his rates are though or if he's even still active/taking gundoc work).
