It depends on various factors- brand of the gun, AEG or GBBR

Alot of RS accessories will fit on a WE M4, but some will not fit for AEG. It really depends on which gun you have.

Buy real AR stuff for real ARs and airsoft stuff for airsoft ARs...

We are talking about a handguard here Not a barrel . I believe there is some difference between accessories and major firearms components which I would never replace by airsoft part. Aesthetic parts such as a handguard I would not mind since it is to go on a .22 and most airsoft handguards I have seen are basically impossible to tell if it is the real McCoy or not as they are sometime better made than some RS stuff. But AGAIN I am talking about a handguard ONLY.
