You can try to charge it is a nickle battery until it reaches the minimum safe voltage. Once that happens you can charge it as a lipo again. Be very careful though, because the battery will do one of 3 things:

1. explode in a ball of fire
2. puff up and not hold a charge properly
3. take the charge and be fine

That's the worst advice I've ever heard. For starters it will most likely
Do the 3rd... Right up until u try an use it then the voltage imbalance between the cells will turn it into an incendury grenade in ur face. If it's giving that warning then just scrap the battery. It's not worth the damage it will cause.

At the cost of Lipo's these days (www.hobbycity.com for instance... $8 plus shipping from china...) you might as well buy a new one rather than have a time bomb in your house.
