Hello,
Does anyone know what brand the L96 rifle from buyairsoft.ca (renamed the ultimate bolt action sniper rifle) is?

Those L96 are often china clones of better companies, I suggest you get Age Verified and check out the classifieds on this forum, you'll find better deals for sure. Sniper rifles in Airsoft are a real money pit if you want them to shoot straight, far, accurate, and consistent. I've seen guns worth well over 1000$ that were still inconsistent, and break appart.

I used to own one of these. This is my opinion:

It's a fun gun if you want a BAR to plink with, or screw around with in a game. If you're really serious about playing the sniper role in airsoft, get a higher quality sniper rifle.

Okay, so I should buy a better quality gun to upgrade? For now, I don't have to upgrade, as that is the best sniper in our woodsball league (others are VSR-10 knockoffs from the same site). Does anyone know of a good place that I could buy a high quality sniper rifle?

Really, get age verified, this grants you access to the largest new and used, upgraded airsoft rifles on the market you can buy.
