Contour HD Homemade mount, AEG and GBBR test
 

Bought a Contour HD on sale... ghetto mounted it on to an aimpoint L mount

first part of the video is AEG. Oh and Youtube/Sony Vegas raped the quality. It's much better raw and the size isn't that big either. I was surprised.

the RPM at the very beginning sounds like a beast!!!!!!

Did you like glue the Aimpoint mount and the camera mount? o.O Surpirsed it held up.

the first gun I think is a m16a1 VN AEG by the looks of the flash hider hence the different sound and high ROF + lack of recoil
the second is the gbbr m4 notice differnt flash hider + slower rof + recoil + and the slight propane cloud

No the first gun is the AEG he has posted in the pictures above.

actually I punched 2 holes in the contour mount and screwed it into the aimpoint mount :) That's why it's rigid.

You know contour makes a dedicated 20mm weaver rail mount for the contour HD right? lol

yup, that's what I first searched for haha. Just didn't wanna spend $30 + shipping on something I could make in 10 minutes with spare parts laying around..
