That's an understatement. However this section is for resolving disputes with retailers on the forums, not resolving disputes or giving feedback on externals ones.

What styrak says. BTW.. Did you search here first before buying from them? There are countless posts about the legendary evike service which would have served as a dire warning.

If you absolutely need to deal with Evike, call them.

Even then, expect to get shafted in some way or form.
