Looking for a Tornado Impact gun doc

Hi,

Anyone out there is a tornado qualified "gun doc",

I have an impact with a leaking problem I believe

Thanks

There are multiple threads on this, or used to be. Take the time to do a search and fix it yourself, if not, this isn't real steel, there are no "qualified" individuals, there are no company courses on fixing their products. The tornado is a simple design, if you can't fix it, then you best hope you never have to repair anything else, nevermind an AEG.

Instead of implying that the OP is lazy, stupid and useless, perhaps it would be more helpful for the OP, as well as others who come across this thread (as part of their own research), to actually post something useful like a link or a contact?

As for the issue in question, you may find solutions in this thread:

Or contact MadMax for more personalized help.

I personally know bong. He's well respected member of this community and a respected retailer. If he's posting a question, he searched for the answer first.

Don't go all high and mighty.

Airsoft Innovations stand behind their products.. Contact them directly .. all parts of the grenade are user serviceable and they can send you a parts kit to do your own fix.

Thanks Brian.

LB, start a service ticket through that link Brian posted: http://www.airsoft-innovations.com/contact

We'll try diagnosing your problem via email to determine what replacement parts you may need. If that doesn't work, or we determine through the communications that the repair is not field fixable, we'll take the grenade back for refurbishment. Most repairs are turned around in a week free of charge on parts. I think our policy is to offer free return shipping, but you pay for the shipping on the way in.

One way or another, you'll get that thing working again.

Please don't PM me directly for repair advice. We have a good repair ticket setup and the boys are running it well. Myself, I'm not good with regular email responses. I spend most of my days arms deep in some hunk of misbehaving heavy machinery. I fix the shit that makes the shit and the boys assembles the shit that occasionally needs fixing.
