battery confusion

Hi King arms 11.1V 1300mAH 12c battery, this one http://www.kingarms.com/productpage.asp?prodid=1413, anyway is it a lipo?
Sorry for the dumb question, i'm having a hard time wrapping my head around this battery stuff.
