Hey guys, since i have played paintball quite a few times i do know how i want my rig set up. But getting different/other ideas can never be bad. Post a pic of your vest with the external air pouch attached, show how you run air line. I will post mine shortly as i am reconfiguring my vest for the upcomming season.

shouldn't this be post in some paintball forum? classic airsoft gun do use external gas tank but they are very rare now, don't think many people here have them.

Most PB guys don't care how their hose look like, it can be bright pink for all they care. There are a few milsim paintballers out there but i don't feel like subscribing to a new forum for 1 question. I know there must be at least a few classic users here.

Dont have pictures of mine, but I think you will get the general idea.
Got a German WWII kit. Will be carrying 2 HPA tanks.
The spare tank will go into the gas mask container(cyclinder above the shovel)
The hooked up tank will run the line out of the bread bag(bag on the right side of the lower back)

Atleast thats the plan. Dont have the full kit yet to test out how practical it is (stuff is stuck at the border).

Polar star, Daytona Gun are quite new by airsoft standards and they are not as rare as you may think, especially with the Polar star units

I've got one set up with a MAP pack, though that's a gear heavy rig,
also have a hydration backpack which fits the tank perfectly and makes for a quick and easy set up if you don't want to be all geared up.

As for the hose, it just runs naturally under my arm.

really? Most remote lines (hoses) are black. And in my park of the woods, most of the ppl who use remote lines are mainly milsim PBers. Otherwise, they would have opted for tank on the marker.

Anyways....i dont have a picture, but for my remote line set up, i usually throw the tank in an empty hydration backpack and have the remote line right underneath my shoulder. Sitting higher up on the back i feel that it doesnt sag and wobble as much as a lower back set ups.

I run the Daytona m249 with a EI SKD molle chest rig and a camelbak. I can squeeze 2 HPA or CO2 tanks in there and when I need to drop the gun, I could drop the tanks as well. Looking to build a double regulator system so that the 2nd tank is already connected. My main rig has a molle tank pouch on the back panel for when I run the Daytona AK or my eventual MP5/M4 Polarstar builds. I recently received me adapters to run HPA to my m500 for CQB. :)

-=ArchAngel=- : I was being sarcastic, i have ran the phenom x7 for quite a few games. Usually guys around here have coiled hoses that just run under their arms. I wanted something just a bit more refined.

Here are 2 ''bathroom mirror'' pics of self. Just so you get the idea, the tank is in a pouch witch is molly attached to hydra pack. Then the hose runs between my vest and bdu up to front. It then exits under vest, so when hose disconnects it easily fits in my pocket.

My 2 things left to correct are getting an hydration tube cover, and getting a back pouch that will not sag as much.

An old pic of me in my Auscam from way back when Deadlands was still running. I have a 20oz (or was it a 16oz?) CO2 tank with low pressure inline PPS Stabilizer in my MBITR pouch on the side of my Platatac Peacekeeper chestrig to run my Sun Projects M16 carbine.

Thank you very much for contributing to this thread, that was my intention to have people post their own setup. In your particular setup i like how you have got easy access to your valve to shut down air.

Currently I have the coiled hose between my palmers and SMC. From there its 6mm straight hose to a ball shut off valve more 6mm hose to the gun. I've dropped the quick disconnects as I have hose slip fit connectors. (one less point for leaks) will be moving to 8mm hose this summer.
