Revolution Airsoft
 
Ordered a KWA pistol from Revolution Airsoft the other day. They processed and shipped the order really fast.
But when I received the package, I found the silicon oil bottle in the tiny zip bag leaked very bad, made 1/3 of the package oily, so I had to get a cotton cloth to clean it.

Nothing biggie really, it's just annoying as I was expecting a shiny new pistol, instead of greasy pistol.

So, next time when you ship an item, please check the content carefully!

Then Contact the Retailer...this is the resolution center. You have not been cheated etc...

Deal with this type of problem off line..not here.

It was most likely damaged during the shipping.

Okay, mister know it all, where do you suggest which section should be in?

I just want to give all the retailers a heads up.
INSPECT THE ITEM BEFORE SHIPMENT!

Plus, I am not pointing middle finger at Revolution Airsoft, by all means they are great.

EMAIL The company your issue first..if it's serious enough to warrant a PUBLIC thread about and you have not gotten a response to your issue, by all means fill your boots..this issue IMHO is not representative of what this section is for.

Or...post in their own thread...perhaps they would see that sooner???

EX is a valuable member of the community and seasoned with hosting and pointing people in the right direction.
