Legal to order TM MINI guns?
 

They are certainly not 1:1 scale and normally have dirty low FPS.
Could I declare them as gifts for my kids while purchasing them online?
Will the CBSA pursue this matter as illegal importation?

But, what the heck, it's both yes and no.

Yes, because something like a mini MP5 or a mini M16 is obviously not real, so it would probably make it past.

No, because something like the mini of the uzi looks too much like a micro uzi, and would be seized as a replica.

It's all about the model. Also, I have heard that they have really bad internals, so I would stay away from them.

Technically, as Freeze said, they SHOULD get accepted.

Except that they suck, and if I was the border agent, I would destroy them just to protect you from their epic shittyness (much like any other "mini" airsoft gun).
