KSC BBs

What experience do you guys have with these bbs?
What weight would you suggest for a stock ksc glock 19, .20g or .25g?

Thanks
Cankywanky

I like these bb's. I use .20g bb's in my glock

.20s are good for plinking, chronoing, and zeroing sights at short-mid range. Probably the most cost-effective (bang .vs. buck-wise) ammo for CQB. Keep your heavier ammo for longer range and thicker foliage.

I used the .25s before. Seem fine, just like other quality ones. Haven't had one break or otherwise screwed up my gun yet.

Used the KSC bb's that came with my friends KSC Glock 17. Absolutely horrible. Had numerous amount's of them crack while in the magazine & at least 20 of them were deformed. I don't know if it was just that bunch that were fucked but never have or will use them again.

AE (Airsoft Elite) only for me.

Funny I never got any bb's with my G17 n it was new n sealed.
I've gone through a bag of .20's recently and haven't had a single problem at all in pistols or aeg's.
They'll work well in a pistol but I'd suggest going for .25's just because in my glocks they're so light that the hop up is realy touchy and close to not being used at all (only about a click or 2 adjustment from the off position)
.25's with a little more hop up seem to be easier to keep a better and steadier trajectory.

Never tried em'. I only use AE now. Havnt had a jam to date. Stay away from maruzen though. They jammed like a champ with me and few people i know...

0.25's are great for the bush, 0.2's for more range but little acuracy in comparison and are greatly affected by wind.

KSC PERFECT BBs are my top pick.

Yes... they have two lines of BBs. They have regular BBs... the same ones that come with the gun. And then they have the KSC Perfect line, which is very high quality, as tough as Guarder BBs (I've done crush tests), as consistent in sphericity as AE and is a tad smaller than AE BBs, which makes them compatible with ALL guns and magazines. Even AEs have some mag incompatibilities (ie P90 and some KSC guns.)

My first batch of bb's were KSC and they were great. I loved the way they shatter on impact. No loading or firing problems with them.

Now today I was holding a few AE (.2/,25 mix bag for flavor) and I noticed something. Mold lines on a few, bumps on others, indents. I started to look thru a bunch of them and had no problem finding defects. I have yet to find any defects in KSC.

I did a quick test with my pliers and noticed that AE are more like hard plastic while KSC are like hard candy.

Candy (KSC) will break before it deforms. Plastic (AE) will deform before it breaks. I am thinking the AE were made by plastic injecting while the KSC were made by compression of powder.

my 2 cents

By no means a scientific test, I had some left over AE .25's and some newly purchased KSC perfect 0.20's. Tried them both in my VSR-10 at a game and lemmy tell you those KSCs went way straighter than the AE's dispite their weight difference. They fly about the same range but once the wind/hopup kicked in the AE's would veer wildly and unpredictably, while the KSC's did the same thing, just to a much lesser extent.

The ksc perfects seem much smoother than most other brands. I split 6 bags of 'em with a buddy when specarms had the sale and they work great in both aegs and trigger happy sniping/plinking. No jams/breakage to date and we get some pretty awesome groupings in my p90 and my bro's g36. Definately a good buy IMO, i'd take these over the AE's anyday. I also tried some Gaurder (those ones that come in bottles) 0.36's in my rifle and those didn't do quite as well as the KSC's or AE's. My 2 cents...
