I do not want to start rumors or repeat someone else as I do not know when it started, but today when I turned some money from paypal to my bank account ... no 3% or 4% off ... only a 0.50$ for amount below 150$ and free for over ! :D ! ! ! check that if you have time maybe it can avoid any confusion in your next transaction ;)

That's standard when transferring to your bank account. Nothing has changed.
