all round good ranged aeg for winter and summer?

so thanks to those who answered my question of how to increase range on a aeg, got a guarder hopup bucking. now my question is to how to make it so that aeg's can maintain its range even in cold temperatures as well as warm temperatures?

Lipo batteries to keep up the snap in the cold, and battery life. Make sure you mechbox is greased appropriately for cold weather. Try a soft bucking in winter as well to make up for the cold, and possibly use Teflon tape around your rubber to help negate the cold's effect on your air seal. You may have to slightly increase your FPS as well, as cold air will effect BB travel and once it leaves your gun you are helpless from then on.

How cold are we talking? Even a full metal AEG can crater big time in cold weather. Mechboxes and other high grade parts will crack if it is too cold. Another trick I've seen work is to shred a towel into 3' - 4' strips, put an eight hour warming pad on either side of the receiver, then wrap it in the towel strips.

Best method is to buy a PTW, but definitely the most expensive.

baisicly all we told u in your other thread is all u can do for the cold.
the bucking u got should work fine if it is softish in warmer weather ull just need to readjust the hop up or maybe put the hearder rubber back in. Aside from that there aint too much u can do cold is not ideal for airsoft guns andbitll be warm befor u know it. Its not like there are a tonne of games in winter and just about everyone else will be having the same issues as u will be having. Either that or take up sniping if u dont mind layin in the snow/on the cold ground for hours on end, then youll only have to worry about hop up rubbers. I run a stock tm firefly bucking in my vsr it works fine all year long.
only downside is yer a sitting duck mostly when folks get within 100ft cause u cant shoot em with the bolt action and yer side arm will freeze up after a shot or two, if u can even get one out of it depending how cold it is. I often bring a springer shotgun but the range on those sucks lol.
