green battle belt with tan pouch

I am thinking about using tan pouches with a green battle belt. What do you guys think?

Don't see the issue. Distances between players in outdoor games are usually so limited that camouflage and colour matching have little effect as long as you're not sporting something that sticks out like a sore thumb. Green, Tan, Brown all fine provided they are muted tones.

Get the pouches in colours and patterns you want. If you pickup quality pouches they will be around long enough to re-use with all your different load bearing platforms.

Even IRL soldiers don't always have matching gear. Don't sweat it.

I mix n match pouches all the time it helps to break up the pattern beter then a solid color

I'm a proponent for:

A) Run what you got
B) If you can afford it, go nuts

The only caveat is if there is a specific game rule that requires certain specifics in your kit, which is rare. Most time these games will enforce BDU'S and they won't care what your kit looks like over top of it.

i use a brownish / tan hoodie & pants with Olive Drab Green boonie hat, Tatical Vest, Half Mask, and leg holster, i often get complemented on my camoflauge even though its so simple it really works great, anything to break up solid patterns is wondefull especially if you can use the common colours of your surroundings!

I would add, however, that the majority of you should clearly be tan or green. At least in my area that's how teams are split up.

I do it all the time. Once you get some mud and dust in there its all the same colour anyway.
