WE gbb m4 problems :(

so my we gbb m4 fires the first round, then the following shots it fires without a bb, the kickback still happens so the gas expels, but the bb isnt being replaced. if i pull charging handle, it puts the bb in and fires, and i can pull and fire single shots but its not launching back far enough to load the new round i guess?

at first my friend and i assumed it was the cold weather. but his kriss was firing fine..
i checked all the mags in water and no leaks. if i heat up the mags, i get 4 ish shots out of it then back to the same problem.
and now its starting to expel all the gas from the mag after 4 or more shots.

any suggestions please??

thanks in advance..

Your piston might be dry. Try taking the bolt out a putting 2 drops of oil on the o-ring inside the nozzle.

And the Kriss has a bolt 4 times lighter than your M4. It is not comparable.

Would this be the ssme solution for a similar problem on the CO2 mags?

Sounds like a mag problem, the feeding lip isn't flush with the mag, causing the finger on the nozzle to hit the BB and get stuck, venting gas out of the ejection port. Unscrew the lip off your magazine, put a small piece of cardboard where there is free space (not on top of the hole where the screw goes in), screw back on tight and it should solve your venting issue. I'm also having issues with the cycling, my WE SCAR will half cycle and essentially fire "2 round bursts" on semi-auto.

possible that your valve locker is broken so your nopt getting enough gas to cycle the bolt
