How old do you have to be to play on a airsoft team?
 

I am new to airsot and i am not sure on age requirements.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Generally 18, however some teams and fields allows 16 but you have to call them

Strictly speeking anyone can play under parental supervision, but the fields aren't going to agree with that. As Red said its generally 18 plus unless your playing outlaw

37, any older or any younger, and you can't play airsoft.

The short answer; depends on the team. Each team, field, etc, will set their own age restriction(s). 18 years of age and up is obviously the gold standard. Then you're dealing with someone who doesn't require parental/guardian overwatch, probably has their own cash flow, and most importantly, is legally responsible for themselves, and their actions.

Where do you live, undersage airsoft is uncommon in places like southern ontario vs places out west with groups like cuddies.

Though why would the 'lone sniper' be on a team?

Maybe he's forever alone sniper and wants friends or something more ;)
