Jg bar g spec fps

Have a JG Bar G Spec that I have tried to upgrade.
Laylax 303 barrel inner
Classic Army trigger/ piston
Nineball bucking
Laylax spring 150

Can't seem to get this gun to shoot over 200 fps. I've done the Teflon tape on the bucking and cylinder head. Any ideas why this thing isn't shooting 500 fps would be much appreciated:banghead:
